Illegal Aliens and Other Politics

Illegal Immigration

I guess since everyone else is talking about this issue, I have to add my two cents. I am agree with what Neil Cavuto had to say, it went something like this, I am not quoting him. Yes, we are a country of immigrants. Those immigrants can through a process. They were recorded and took tests to become citizens. There are processes to be followed. If you are here illegally, then you need to be deported. End of story. It is not fair to those who are trying to enter by legal means. It is not fair to every tax paying citizen either. It is also not all the illegals' faults. The companies and farmers who hire the illegals and don't pay FICA taxes on their wages and the illegals who do not pay income tax are breaking laws other than the law of illegally entering the country. I could go on and on, but choose not to at this point.

Cynthia McKinney

This Cynthia McKinney thing has me ticked off too.

She could not give an answer to any question asked to her this morning on Fox News, by the hard nosed Brian Kilmeade. She dodged each and every question, making statements, rather than being interviewed.

In light of the huge lapses of security issues around the nation, I think that the guard that stopped her, should be commended for doing a fine job. That is his job. A year or so ago, if some of you may remember, there was a councilman shot, due to lapse of security.

Thank god that someone is doing there and instead of condemning the man who stopped her, she should have thanked him and praised him for doing his JOB, rather than making it a racism issue.

Colorado Flag Issue

This, I am just livid over. A principal in Colorado has banned ANY flags the list of approved school attire. My god what has this country come to. The Hispanic population that is attending school there and the white population have been trading barbs. I guess it started with the Hispanics displaying the Mexican Flag, there has been escalating verbal exchanges and the principal did this to quell any violence. HELLO?!?!? If these Mexicans are so proud of their country then freaking GO BACK. Americans not being allowed to wear a t-shirt with an American Flag on it is ridiculous. And if these Hispanics are here legally, then they should be PROUD to wear an AMERICAN FLAG and not be upset by those who do wear them. They take oaths to allegiance to America if they are naturalized. If their parents did so, then they should also be pledging allegiance to our flag.

I just love the way they refer to them as "undocumented". So, if I take something from a store without paying, is it an "undocumented" purchase?
