PICTURES OF PUN'KIN + FUTURE PLANS
My Pun'kin . . . I know ya'll may get tired of seeing pictures of her but it is so much fun to take photos and edit them. It is also much less expensive than when her Bubby was little. Digital cameras really are the berries! LOL
Speaking of her Bubby, when he was home on his "24-hour leave", Pat had brought them home rather than us picking Joey, who brought along one of his buddies from the Camp Kootoga . . . Tyler. We really like Tyler who watched Nanny McPhee with us last night. Anyhoo, ADD go away . . . when Joey came in and picked C-A up then handed her back to Mom she started crying and reaching for him crying out, "Bub-Bub" . . . that was so sweet. He also got to see her REALLY crawl for the first time. Last week when he was home, she hadn't quite got it but was a pro when he sat on the floor and she crawled to him. We kinda miss him but he only has two (maybe three weeks) of this. His birthday is on the 17th and he will be 16. OMGoodness, I can't believe it has been 16 years since he was born. 16 years, 5 cars, 7 moves (that includes moving from Rockport to Mom's when we were building the house and moving back), 1 back surgery, 7 jobs, 7 semesters at college for me (while working, so I was absent alot) and 1 baby sister.
Speaking of college, I am hem-hawing, chewing over, thinking about possibly taking some classes this year. I would only take a couple of classes and they would be online. Probably an Accounting and Psych class the Fall Semester. You only have to be there for the first class and the tests and quizzes are all online. I had a Macroeconmics class back when Joey was a baby and couldn't attend the classes because Joey's dad had changed work schedules and I passed the class with an A by following professors' outline of the topics and chapters to be covered. I would study at home in the evening while Mom kept Joey for the evening. So, I am thinking that I may have it in me to do the Acct class. The Psych class is a 101 class, so that should be passable too. I should have taken it years ago, since I have taken 200 and 300 level classes but keep putting it off along with a Speech 101 class and Art, Music or Theatre class . . . . they aren't offered online anyway. Well, the Art, Music and Theatre classes aren't. I have gotta get my butt in gear though and fill out the FAFSA forms for a Pell Grant.
