AGGRAVATIONS GALORE

In addition to being sick for the past two weeks with this cold that is just hanging on and on and on! I am sick of being sick. Of course, when I was coughing up green shit, if I had just gone to the doc, I would probably be better by now. Of course, I was too worn out from coughing all night to drag myself in there, so I just didn't do it. I am improving now but am still draggin' ass really bad. I haven't even been checking my emails or doing things at the house. Not a whole lot at the house anyhow. Well, I did help the former "tenants" (only the girl) haul a bunch of her shit up to the trash, so I guess I have made some headway. She is supposed to come out and finish it soon.

I also got my textbook that I had ordered and well, they didn't have the required CD's with them. The heading on TEXTBOOKSRUS.COM 'S website read that the book was NEW and included the infotrac and the 4 cds. Well, when I contacted them by email (they didn't have a phone listed on the invoice) they said that they were sorry but they were out of the cd's. Um, well, that's nice but it's REQUIRED for my class and you indicated that I would get the cds when I ordered them LAST week. So, now I am back to step one, finding a used book for my General Business class. They are going to send me a pre-paid label to send it back for a full refund though. If I could have found the cd's, I would have just bought them separate. The one at the college bookstore (used) is going to be $110. The one at textbooksrus was only $60 but was the international edition, which was okay too. So, I am going to have to spend an extra $50 for this used version vs. the other one new. Bummer.

Wish me luck for next week . . . I have to go to court over Charleigh-Anne. I am not looking forward to this, it will be the first time of many I am sure that I will have to go. This one though is pretty straight forward . . . he has denied that she is his and we have to go before the judge and he denies paternity at which point they will schedule a paternity test. Of course, all this shit going on while I am starting school is not quite what I had in mind when I wanted to "ease myself back into school".
