OMG, THE DEAD ANIMALS

Of course, they are EVERYWHERE now. I even hit a bird last night. There are possums (don't correct MY spelling) every mile or so up and down Rt. 21. Birds, rabbits and coons. The rabbits are the ones that get me. Their ears stick straight up in the air, so there is no mistaking what it is. UGH. At least I haven't seen any possoms with babies scattered all over the place too. That's almost as bad as the bunny ears sticking straight up in the air.

Thanks for thinking of me the other day Ranter . . . now everytime I see a dead animal I think about YOU thinking of me! WOW! What a way to get someone to think of you often. LMAO

I am jealous of Dan. He managed to get a picture of al-Zarqawi in his post . . . I didn't even think to do it. I figured out how to do it finally, but it was too late. I would have to delete my post and rewrite the whole frigging thing, as I have not figured out a way to copy and paste my text. I may mess with it tomorrow. Speaking of dead dude, Shepard Smith just has got to have the best writers unless he does it himself. He said this evening, "al-Zarqawi was alive when they found him. Well, a little bit anyway(alive). He tried to get away and then saw he was surrounded by American troops and well, dropped dead." I am not sure that is the true account of what exactly happened, but, it was amusing to say the least. Well, the picture in my head was amusing anyhow.

Joey (and Brandon, my friend that owns the restaurant's son {no comments on my possessive misusage either}) had a Boy Scout meeting that was a swim party. I figured, well, maybe it will last about 2 hours or so and Mom can pick them up on her way back from DaVinci's. Well, no. It lasted an hour. So, I had to stay at the restaurant, to save from having to go to clear back to Rockport, just to turn around and come back. Charleigh-Anne was a hit! She was so funny. I was feeding her Mac-n-Cheese (Gerber 2nd foods) and she just laughed and laughed. The restaurant was pretty busy, but everyone made it a point to stop and say hi to her. Oh, also, Brenda watched her when it slowed down and I took $10 and played the poker machines and won $200. I did the same thing last week, after I got done working. So, I now have $700 saved back for my propane bill this winter (+ another $140 stashed away). I may get by with not having to work as hard this winter as I thought. WHOOOO-HOOO. If I can get $1200 saved up, I will feel pretty secure about making it through the winter, with heat. LOL I will still have to buy a couple of tons of pellets, but I can worry about that when it comes. I won't have to worry about BOTH at the same time this winter.

Weird how that works. I saw that raccoon twice and thought of you both times. Then today, while driving to Target I saw a dead something or other (couldn't really tell what it was) and started wondering if you had posted any dead animal sightings.
